Deactivating or deleting an account
How does deleting a user account work?
If you want to permanently close and delete your account:
Before accepting a request to delete a user account, we will verify your identity for security purposes.
When we process your request, your personal data will be permanently deleted, except for that which we can or must retain by law, as set out in our Privacy Policy .
Once a user account is deleted, you will not be able to reactivate it, restore the data that was on it, or regain access to that account. If you want to use e-tickets again, you will have to create a new user account.
