For the service of generating and issuing tickets, e-tickets charges a one-time order processing fee and/or a per-ticket order processing fee.

 

Processing costs for online store ticket purchases are calculated at the order level and are 5% of the ticket price + 20 cents for the cost charged by the seat mapping software. Processing costs refer to the coverage of necessary costs, administrative, material and other operational costs of AdMind.

The stated fee is a non-refundable one-time fee. E-tickets will issue an invoice to the Customer for the funds received, which will be delivered to the e-mail address indicated by the customer when purchasing tickets.

E-tickets reserves the right to change the amount of the fee and charge the service in the future for certain services that were previously free.
